A look into our world

Last night it rained really hard at our house, and we went out on the porch to watch. Before long, I wanted to run out in the rain and get wet! It was great fun - I really like the rain.

Yesterday I went for a photo shoot at Auntie Sarah's house. Her sister is a photographer and is in town for a few days, so she did photo shoots for me and some of my friends. I haven't had one since I was just 6 months old, so I was due! Here are some of our favorites...

This past weekend, Papa, M'laine, and Aunt Shannon came up to visit all of us for the long weekend. We mostly congregated at Uncle Scott and Aunt Sherri's house all weekend, and we had a great time! Lots more swimming and playing, and I even got to have a sleepover 2 nights in a row with Papa and M'laine at Uncle Scott and Aunt Sherri's house! Dad and Mommy had 2 mornings of leisurely getting up without me...they said it was nice, but they were happy to see me each morning when they came back over to Scott and Sherri's!

This picture below is what happens when you have all girl cousins, and your dad isn't there to supervise what happens to you... On Saturday we had a fun picnic for lunch at the Tontitown Park. I was happy to see M'laine and Papa and the rest of my Primm family again! Hanging out with Papa at the pool.Playing with my cousins at the park.My cousin Payton caught a caterpillar in her back yard, and she named it Kate. That is Kate in Papa's hand - I enjoyed looking at her! Eating my first oreo...didn't know what to think about it at first, but then I decided I liked it :)"Wilson" from "Home Improvement."Boy do I love that pool stick.

These were the details of my lunch today. Mommy first gave me cheese, cause it's my least favorite, and if I have anything else before it, I won't eat it. Lately, I've decided that I'm not really into cheese, and I just whine until I get something else. After putting the cheese on my tray today, Mommy left the room to see if I would realize my whining wasn't getting me anywhere and just decide to eat the cheese. After awhile, she came back to see this: I had put all of my cheese in my cup holder. You see, anytime I don't really want to eat something, I put one or two pieces of it in my cup holder. Today I really didn't want my cheese, so I put all of it in there.

Here I am whining for something other than cheese, please! And what a happy camper after getting turkey, mandarin oranges, and soymilk...yummy!!

One evening this week while Dad was watering our yard, I thought it was really fun to stand by the sprinkler and get a little bit wet! As you know, my Grandma Lou and Grandpa Jere were here for a few weeks to help take care of my new baby cousin Jack. Mommy and I took Grandma back to the airport in Tulsa on Thursday, but before we left, we got one last picture with all the kids. Here are Mommy, me, Grandma, Jack, Uncle James (Mommy's brother), and Jamey. Yesterday while we were doing some picking up around the house, Mommy was in the kitchen, and asked Dad, "where's Oliver?" Dad looked in Mommy and Dad's room and there I was, quietly reading my book. This morning I was playing with my piggie bank. After awhile of putting the coins in the slot, I got tired of that and started stacking the coins, just like I do my blocks! These days I can find anything to stack, cause stacking's my favorite.
